    本次試驗獲得的數據重復性還是很好的,但是個別材料由于試樣厚度均勻性不好也造成了透氣量的波動,例如PA(35μm)。分析試驗數據可獲得明確的結論,即壓差法中壓力差的存在并沒有對材料的結構產生破壞,壓力差的存在以及變化確實沒有對試樣的透氣量和透氣系數產生影響。

    本次試驗中對于不同厚度的同種材料也進行了數據對比,這里對PC(125μm)和PC(175μm)的透氣量與試樣兩側壓力差之間的關系、以及PET(12μm)、PET(23μm)、PET(25μm)、PET(70μm)的滲透系數與試樣兩側壓力差之間的關系進行了對比,參見圖1、圖2。分析圖1、圖2也可以明顯看出壓差法中壓力差的存在以及變化對于試樣透氣量以及滲透系數的檢測沒有影響。

    3.總結

        通過以上實測數據可知壓力差的存在對試樣的性能沒有任何的影響。為了得到更科學、更全面的結論,目前蘭光實驗室還在進行更寬范圍內的試驗驗證。

    數據的穩定性與設備的精度、重復性、可靠性、試驗條件、試樣狀態、試驗操作水平等條件有著密切的關系,沒有經過客觀、科學、全面的試驗就不能下結論。當然隨意想象等壓法沒有壓力差就不會影響試驗數據,而壓差法有壓力差就一定影響試驗數據的做法就顯得更加荒謬了。
